The official language of the event is English, and all general sessions, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs will be presented in English. 

The Oktane mobile app will launch a week prior to Oktane, so you can start using it before the conference.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: 

Okta is proud to offer complimentary conference passes for nonprofit organizations. Limited to five per organization. You must be a current Okta customer or have an account manager, and register with your .org email address to qualify.

SUPPORT LEVEL PASSES:

You may qualify for a discount depending on your company’s support level with Okta. Reach out to your CSM or account rep for more info. 

During registration, you have the option to select the Oktane Standard Group Pass at the discounted rate of 10% for 3-5 passes or 25% for 6-10 passes. Once you have purchased your group passes, you’ll have the ability to manage your passes from your account Portal. 

All Group Pass attendees, who purchased through this discount package, must be employed by the same organization.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Oktane team at oktane@launchinc.com with the names of both the original and the substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than September 18th, 2025 at 5 PM (PT). On-site substitutions will incur a $100 (USD) processing fee.

GUEST PASS CANCELLATION:

Cancellations must be received in writing before Friday, August 15, 2025 by 11:59 PM (PT) to be eligible for a refund, and there will be a $50 (USD) processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 PM (PT) on Friday, August 15, 2025.

LABS CANCELLATION:

Please contact oktane@launchinc.com if you wish to cancel any labs. Please be aware that the labs fill up very quickly and we cannot guarantee the ability to rebook or reschedule after cancellation. 

CERTIFICATION PASS CANCELLATION:

Yes, we have negotiated discounted rates at select hotels. Sustainability is at the heart of Oktane — this year’s event will be hosted at Caesars Forum, which is a LEED Silver certified venue. Throughout the event, we’ll promote donations to nonprofits in place of physical swag to help eliminate waste. The event will use 100% compostable F&B items, and we encourage attendees to bring their own water bottle to the event, as well as utilize low carbon and alternative transportation when traveling to Oktane.

Okta will try to provide meals to accommodate attendees with a variety of dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or kosher). During the registration process, you’ll be asked to share what your particular needs are. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee we can meet every request. When you get to the dining area, please let a server know and they will review the available meal options.
